let's see...

I thought I would spice things up and let you have a little looksie at what I've been doing today compliments of my cellphone camera...

So this morning, Amy and I woke up early to get a small workout in before the sun got too hot so we headed over to the high school track about 7:30 only to find the gates to the track locked so we had to improvise.  We ran in the parking lot instead by sprinting from one end to the other and then back.  We broke a little sweat...We finished off with a few lunges though.

Next, we went to the big FL to get some groceries.  The store was not plagued with too many people this early in the morning so it was quite nice.  Amy made me push the buggy as she shopped.  As you can tell, she kept a fast pace through the store...still in workout mode I suppose.

Of course when we got back to the apartment, we ran to the computer which welcomed us with empty inboxes.  Then we watched Robin Meade (the best news anchor) and got caught up with the world.  We learned of an escalator carrying too many people reversing with a massive pile up at the bottom (the up escalator started going down) and saw a bride standing on top of a small plane, a groom standing on top of another small plane, and a priest standing on yet another small plane.  That was their wedding ceremony.  So yeah we got caught up on the news.

After recuperating from our workouts and catching up on news, we started fixing a crockpot dinner and yes we started at 11 in the morning so it would be ready by this evening!  We tried one of Jennifer's recipes for Thai chicken.  Amy cut the chicken...

I mixed the sauce...

The sauce looked pretty nasty but don't let it fool you...it was good!

After we got dinner started, we fixed lunch.  I made PB&Js for us.  I made little faces and yes this one has a unibrow.

After lunch, we read some and took a nap then, I decided my tanlines were not quite noticeable enough sooooo...

I went to tennis tryouts with Amy and helped out with her team.  Running, tennis, and more running was involved.  But these girls are getting better!!

After being in the hot sun for a few hours, we came home and crashed and burned after checking in with reality on the internet of course!

So that's basically all I've done now but I'm watching Wipeout and I Survived a Japanese Gameshow finales tonight which start...5 minutes ago!
