Birthday Bliss

So today is coach's birthday.  He is technically 7 but really 28.  His birthday is the 29th of February so he has to wait for a leap year to celebrate his real birthday.

Last night, two of the girls on the team and I decorated his car with balloons and protein drinks.  We didn't want to get too crazy because we were afraid he would make us have 6 am practices for the rest of the semester.

It turned out well.

This afternoon we took a cake to coach.  As the team knocked on the door, he answered as he was on the phone, of course.  He was surprised though 

and happy.  He loved it. 

 

And tonight, the girls are going out to CiCi's to bond.  I have a bet with Amanda to see who can eat the most pieces of pizza.  Whoever loses buys the winner dinner.  I want a free dinner because we all know how frugal I am...
